HELPERS COURSES

Our Riding School would not be the place it is today without our much loved and appreciated helpers. We see all of our helpers as part of the CRC family, and know that they are as dedicated and enthusiastic as we are about horses 🙂

What do we want for our helpers?

We want our helpers to be so much more than just someone who turns up “to do a bit of leading, ride, maybe some grooming, and then go home”. We have a vision that all our helpers will become fantastic horsemen or women, and we will encourage them to expand on their knowledge and experience by working at our Riding School.

Our Course is designed for young people to progress with their horse management and care skills to allow them to grow more experienced and confident with being around horses. We have to take into consideration appropriate age brackets as we feel helpers will be more suited and safer to do certain jobs at certain ages.
